		Steve Cloud scloud63@mfhiggins.com After working his way through the company for a decade, Steve became President in 1992. He’s the third generation to own this family business. Among his business accomplishments are computerizing the company and increasing sales by more than 100% in three years. Steve’s a Notre Dame graduate. At one time or another, he’s performed most major company functions.
		Kathleen Cloud kathycloud@gmail.com Kathy serves the company as Vice President and Marketing Director. Kathy graduated from Notre Dame and holds a Masters of Science degree from Central Connecticut State University.
		Paul Amaral pma@mfhiggins.com Paul is a Project Manager with vast experience in industrial management, construction management and commercial flooring project management. Paul’s strengths include blueprint analysis, scheduling materials and labor for jobs and budgeting. He holds an Associates Degree in Industrial Management from the Industrial Management Training Institute.

		Jory Dennison jdennison5@aol.com A graduate of the University of Hartford with a B.S. in Business Administration, Jory serves as one of the company’s four Project Managers. Jory has years of experience managing commercial flooring projects from inception through completion. He excels at effectively navigating projects through any changes or issues.

		Tim Cloud tcloud@mfhiggins.com Tim is a project manager who has worked at M. Frank Higgins & Co., Inc. for a little over a year now. He previously worked in the contracting business as a project manager at a company in Maryland. He recently moved back in the area full time and was married this past August. He has stepped into many roles at Higgins and is continuing to learn and grow in the flooring industry.

		Paul Flieger pflieger@mfhiggins.com Higgins' Controller, Paul Flieger has more than 15 years of experience in the administration and finance fields. He’s a graduate of Providence College with a B.S. in Accounting.
		Kathy Rafter krafter@mfhiggins.com Kathy joined the Higgins team as one of our chief estimators. She brings a wealth of industry experience to flooring estimation.
		Debbie Siembab debbie@mfhiggins.com Debbie joined M. Frank Higgins as our Project Administrator and Marketing Representative. She offers a great support to our Project Managers and Marketing Director and is an integral part of our team.
