Nordstrom underwent a national program to update the design, functionality and consistency of every one of their department stores. M. Frank Higgins was charged with the challenge of updating their existing store in West Farms Mall while it remained open to the public. Despite the fact that the luxurious porcelain tile installed required immense floor prep, careful installation and hand-applied grout, Higgins completed the project several weeks before the deadline.
