Complete work as assigned
Promote professional image by wearing a clean, Higgins “uniform” each day
Maintain assigned equipment and vehicles for safe, long term operation
Complete work orders and other paperwork necessary to job on a timely basis.
Report daily work progress through e-mail and voice mail.
Immediately report any vehicle or equipment problems on voice mail or email that night.
Adhere to Higgins’ Cell Phone and e-mail policies
Provide emergency weekend coverage as requested
Consult and maintain personal SDS book
Perform all work in a safe and professional manner complying with all of Higgins Safety policies, Standards of Conduct and floor Care Best practices
Report job problems or inability to complete any work to Operations Manager before leaving job site. Document through Site Photos also.
Properly use and secure any gas cards, keys, scan cards, cell phones etc. issues by Higgins
Make sure any vehicle assigned to you has enough fuel before leaving for the job
Make sure all chemicals, equipment, supplies, paperwork, etc. are complete before leaving for job.
Make sure you have proper directions to all job locations prior to leaving.
Arrive to work on time.
Basic reading and math skills

Capable of understanding and learning recommended maintenance equipment, materials and procedures
