M. Frank Higgins & Co., Inc. continues to make education a key focus in 2017

Belknap White & Armstrong Flooring offered Level 3 Certified Installer Training to Higgins' Team. A total of 10 Higgins' master installers, Scott Ashley, Grahm Easton, Bob Hinkley, Mike Jones, Gabe Santana, Jeff Voos, Shamel Schand, Keaton Rose, Pat O'Dea & Omar Maitland attended advanced Armstrong Level 3 certification training in Feb and March at Belknap White's Carpet Products in Hartford. Joe Muro also earned Level 2 certification.
Higgins is the only CT Flooring Contractor to earn this advanced LEVEL 3 designation!
